Fitness Assessment
The first thing I do with all of my clients is a fitness assessment. I take a comprehensive evaluation of your physical strength, flexibility, and any injuries or areas of pain. These and other factors allow me to tailor a personalized fitness plan for you.
Physical Therapy
As a physical therapist, I address dysfunction or pain during our training, eliminating the need for an extra appointment. I can help alleviate back, knee, shoulder, leg, foot and hip pain, restoring your body to peak functionality.
Personal Training
After creating your customized fitness plan, we work out one-on-one together once or twice a week, depending on your goals. This tailored approach includes goal-setting, guidance on proper techniques, and ongoing motivation and accountability.
Customized Fitness Program
Cookie cutter plans don't work. Your unique body deserves a tailored fitness program that adapts with your changing needs. I integrate stretching, Pilates, physical therapy, and therapeutic massage to support your evolving needs.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage enhances both physical and mental well-being. It can be used to alleviate muscle tension, reduce stress, and address specific health concerns. While this service is included as-needed in my packages, I also offer massage as a stand-alone service.
Health Coaching
As your personal fitness trainer, I integrate fitness expertise with personalized guidance on lifestyle and mindset. This holistic approach empowers my clients to achieve optimal well-being, fostering lasting health transformations.

We start with a FREE consult so I can learn more about your challenges, any health conditions or injuries, and your fitness goals.
If we decide to work together, we determine a weekly appointment time and location. For those in the Chicago area, we can meet in person at my home, or a house call. I also work with clients all over the country via Zoom. Then I create an individual plan of the proper exercises, physical therapy or combination to help you reach your goals and we jump right in!
